How long does it take to fulfill my order?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom order and does not include the shipping time.

On average most orders are fulfilled within a 2-7 day timeframe or less with 97% of our orders being shipped within 5 business days. 50% of those custom orders are generally shipped within 3 business days.

In some cases, not all one order may be filled faster than a previous order and this has a lot to do with the production capacity at the time the order is placed. As of July 2021, Heavenly Jewell's has partnered with major brands and  warehouses across the nation to continue offering you the custom items you desire. This means, some of your custom items may be routed to a warehouse that has the capacity to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

We work to fulfill all orders in the order we receive them, things like changes to your order or stock levels could push it back in our queue. If the production of your order remains as "awaiting fulfillment" for an extended period beyond our average fulfillment time will contact you via email or your Heavenly Jewell's account to provide an update and/or request the permission to use an alternate item.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

• The fulfillment time does not include the shipping time. Please see the average estimated delivery time for each product to get an idea.  The Estimated Delivery Time is the average time it takes to fulfill and ship your custom order.
• The fulfillment time does not account for orders placed on hold for design approval, alterations, or custom artwork. 
• Fulfillment of large orders may take longer, but will still be fulfilled within 7 Days.
